Best Health Practices for Surviving Coronavirus

Is coronavirus as scary as it sounds?

As of today, there have been a total of 125,000 cases reported worldwide, with 5,408 deaths, and 70,920 reported recovery cases.

To put this into perspective – the flu virus kills 650,000 people worldwide annually (80,000 died in the USA in 2017-2018 winter)

In the U.S heart disease kills 647,457 annually, and 599,108 from cancer.

So, while coronavirus is serious business, is it justifiable for us to live in fear, buying up toilet paper (still figuring out the connection between viruses and toilet paper here), canned and dry foods and locking us and our families up in our homes? If we can survive colds and the flu yearly, can we also put faith into our humanity to survive the coronavirus?

I propose a different approach to fear and panic. Here are are the BEST HEALTH PRACTICES to ADOPT TO SURVIVE THE CORONAVIRUS SCARE, while also keeping a peace of mind, and boosting your immune system.
