What to Do about Hormone Imbalance Induced Low Sex-Drive
One of the most disheartening side effects of most hormone and thyroid disorders is low libido…in other words – when your hormones are out of whack, your sex life goes down the drain.
In the 10 years of coaching I’ve heard about every horror story imaginable about women and what happens to their sex drive once they develop hormonal issues. Anything from: “I take one for the team,” to “My body is there, but my mind is checked out.” Or… “He gets it on major holidays and his birthday.”
Not a great recipe for a lasting passionate marriage.
