THYROID HEALING TONIC RECIPE
- 1 tablespoon raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp – 1 tbsp raw honey
- 1-inch fresh ginger root (no need to peel, of organic)
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 Brazil nut
- 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
- A pinch of black pepper to help with turmeric absorption (optional)
- 1 cup filtered water
- a pinch of black pepper
- place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth (1-2 mins)
- can consume in 1 serving or split into 2
- consume within 24 hrs of making
- keep leftovers refrigerated
