You’re a successful Fitness Guru who ran marathons and had all these dreams and aspirations!

That was the painful reality Heidi was living in.
When Heidi spoke to one of our coaches, it became clear that she was now afraid that her dreams were too far-fetched because of her condition.

She went from feeling exhausted after a five-mile run, to easily running 15-18 miles on her long-run days.
And now Heidi is training for the world’s most prestigious road racing events – The Boston Marathon!
